This Privacy Policy explains how WeichenStudio LTD. ("we", "DigiPainters") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use digipainters.com. By using the service you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
Account: email and authentication information, handled through our authentication service.
Profile & works: the name, bio, images, tags, services and other content you choose to publish.
Commission inquiries: the name, email, project type, budget and message submitted through artist contact forms.
Payment: subscription payments and e-invoices are handled by licensed third-party payment and invoicing providers. We do not handle or store your full card number — only subscription status and transaction references.

How we use data
To provide and operate the platform, publish your portfolio, deliver commission inquiries, process subscriptions, issue invoices, show you analytics, and keep the service secure.
Third-party processors
To operate the service we work with reputable third-party providers in categories such as authentication, cloud database & storage, payment & e-invoicing, email delivery, and website hosting & domain services. Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own privacy policy and our agreements.
Retention & deletion
We keep records as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal/accounting duties. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us; some records (e.g. invoices) must be retained by law.
Your rights
Under applicable law (including Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act) you may request to review, copy, correct, or delete your data, or to stop its collection/use. Contact us to exercise these rights.
International transfer
Our infrastructure providers may store and process data on servers outside Taiwan. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection.
Children
The service is not directed to children under the age required to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect their data.
