Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DigiPainters (digipainters.com), operated by WeichenStudio LTD.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
DigiPainters is a portfolio platform for digital artists to publish work, present commission services and receive inquiries.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content & licence
You retain all copyright in the works and content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and reproduce your content as needed to operate and promote the platform.
You must hold the necessary rights to everything you upload, and must not post infringing, illegal, or misleading content.
Studio Pro subscription
Studio Pro is offered monthly (NT$199) or yearly (NT$1,990). Payment is processed by a licensed third-party payment provider via recurring authorization; your subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
An e-invoice is issued via a third-party e-invoicing provider. You can cancel anytime from your plan page; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Commission inquiries
The platform only provides a channel for visitors to contact artists. Any commission agreement is solely between the artist and the client. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee, mediate or take responsibility for, such transactions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Our intellectual property
The platform's software, design and brand are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); disputes are subject to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
